How do I get started?
Start setup online and we’ll provision your workspace. We confirm the right plan and the exact features active for your team during onboarding — including which beta or rolling-out features are enabled for your workspace.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle, no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront, but you can downgrade or pause at renewal.
What currency is the pricing in, and are taxes included?
All prices are in US dollars. They’re exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your business location. You receive a compliant tax invoice each billing cycle.
Which industries does Slabr™ support?
Slabr™ is built for any custom fabrication business — timber and joinery, stone and countertops, aluminium and glass, metal fabrication, bespoke furniture, and general fit-out. If you cut, build or install to order, Slabr™ was designed for you.
How does onboarding work?
Starter and Growth get guided in-app onboarding plus a self-serve help centre. Scale gets onboarding support — typically two to three sessions to set up your workspace, import data and walk the team through the modules you need.
Do you charge per module?
No. Every plan includes the modules listed for that tier — Quotix, Flow, Track, Portal, Pulse, and so on. You never pay extra to "unlock" a feature you can already see in the product.
What does “beta”, “rolling out” or “planned” mean on a feature?
Beta features are implemented and being hardened — usable today on selected workspaces. Rolling out means partially implemented and being enabled workspace-by-workspace. Planned means it is on the roadmap but not yet shipped. We confirm exactly what is live for your workspace during onboarding.
